We'd love to hear what you think! Our dining brands and menus are designed to meet the various needs of the students in the district, so it's important that we know what's working and what's not. Is it true that outsourcing your food service program means having to let your current staff go?
No. Think of ARAMARK as an enhancement of your current staff, not a replacement. Trained by our experienced management team, current
hard-working employees will not only stay onboard, they’ll become more efficient and effective.
Can outsourcing really provide the depth of services and experience that is needed?
Absolutely. We started serving the K-12 markets more than 50 years ago. Today, we serve over 400 public and private schools districts across the country. ARAMARK recognizes the fact that each district and each school is different. That’s why customized programs are developed based on the district.
Can ARAMARK really connect with the kids?
Yes, because we’ve done our homework. In fact, we’ve done extensive research to better understand how students in K-12 think and feel. Our understanding will be reflected in the cool environments we create, like our One World Café, our colorful signage and the presence of Spike, our soccer-playing mascot, who can visit your school to talk to kids about the value of nutrition and exercise.
