How do I let you know what I think about the food services and/or provide suggestions?

We'd love to hear what you think! Our dining brands and menus are designed to meet the various needs of the students in the district, so it's important that we know what's working and what's not. You can provide feedback by completing our Feedback form found within the section of the site dedicated to your school building. You can also choose to contact your on-site food service director directly by clicking here.

What happens to money remaining on my son/daughter's account at the end of school year?

For returning students, any money remaining on the lunch account is automatically carried over for use in the next school year.  For those students that are graduating we strongly encourage them to monitor their funds to either run their account to zero or as close to zero as possible.  Parents can request a refund of account money by contacting their school's Cafeteria Manager.  Refunded monies can be picked up at the school by the student's parent or guardian, or it can be mailed to them.  Monies can also be transferred to siblings of graduating students.

How can I add money to my son/daughter's lunch account?

There are two ways to do this.

OPTION 1:     DIRECT PAYMENT

You can send cash or check to your school’s cafeteria via mail or your child can bring it to the school cafeteria.  Cashiers will have pre-printed forms available to be used when making advanced payments. Your child(ren) can bring the form home for you to complete or you can have your child complete the form in the cafeteria.  Deposits must be made by 9:30 a.m. and will be available to your child immediately.

OPTION 2:     ONLINE PAYMENT

A convenient online payment method is available at a secure web site.  Simply log on to payforit.net and register today.  You have the option of paying by Credit/Debit Card or through the use of an electronic check (ACH).  Payments made via this method will be available for your child’s use within 24 hours.

NOTEIf you use this method of payment, the Pay For It website will charge an additional 5.75% to each Credit/Debit Card transaction as a user fee.

NOTE: Payments made via Electronic Check are assessed a flat fee of $1.25 per transaction.
