All of our programs are born out of proprietary research conducted on the nutritional habits of our nation's youth. Currently, our nation's teens and 'tweens are facing a number of nutritional issues, with 30% of all adolescents being overweight and over 15% classified as statistically obese. Equally as alarming, incidences of eating disorders have doubled in the past 30 years. A proper diet improves teens' and 'tweens' physical and mental alertness, fights illness and gives them the energy and nutrients to keep their body functioning at top ability. ARAMARK programs are designed to be educational and informative about the benefits of eating healthy meals everyday, as well as providing well-balanced and nutritious menu options.
