Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The demands of the classroom and the learning process can be difficult for students who are hungry. A proper breakfast provides the necessary nutrients to eliminate hunger symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, sleepiness and restlessness. A balanced breakfast ensures that students can start the day off right.
