Schilletter Dining Hall is located on the east side of campus, in Bryan Mall, adjacent to the high rise and low rise residence halls. Schilletter features the "Fresh Food Company" concept, which is a display-cooking style of service." The decor, featuring booths along windows and an upbeat atmosphere, creates a bustling market setting. Combine the atmosphere with our selection of only the freshest ingredients for meals prepared right before your eyes. 

Schilletter offers a hot meal option and a "make-your-own" salad along with the grab & go takeout sandwiches and salads. This is available for lunch, Monday through Friday. Now available...the option to sign up for sustainable to-go containers.


Any day you can visit our Pizza station where fresh cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and a special pizza is cooked daily just for you. Plus our Grill has a great selection of your favorites such as grilled chicken breasts, burgers and hot dogs. 
 
We also offer a variety of entrée’s for your enjoyment, featuring chef carving Roast Beef or Turkey, or choose from one of our sautéed entrée’s cooked to order. All entrées are available with fresh vegetables. If you love vegetarian options, visit Veg Out, a station dedicated to vegetarian entrees.
 
Our desserts are all homemade right in front of you! Great brownies, cakes and cookie squares. Plus a delicious Sugar Free area with a great selection of sugar free items daily.
