Hi Aaron,
Got a very excited text from my daughter today! She was so thrilled and enumerated all the things on the salad bar. Plain tuna,beans, lentils, yogurt, fruit!!!She called it delicious!!! I'm guessing that was your doing. Thank you so much! You can't imagine how relieved I am and how much better I feel. Such fast improvements, less than 24 hours!! Wow!

Please offer the Japanese Noodle soup every day. I had it as a special in lower Usdan cafeteria today and it really hit the spot! There's nothing I like better than eating soup with chopsticks. It's sooo healthy and delicious and looks relatively easy for you to prepare. A choice of ingredients was loaded into a soup cup and broth was poured in. Plus there were so many students ordering it attesting to its popularity!

I am a freshman at Brandeis University. I am very invested in food/agricultural sustainability and support, wholeheartedly, the changes that Aramark is making to sell more organic and local foods. The salads, fruit, and burgers are great steps in the right direction and you have my full support with continuing this transition to a greener dining hall!
I just wanted to write you a quick note to you mentioning the increased availability of humane meat and organic salad and fruit that have shown up in the dining hall. I am extremely interested in organic, local, and sustainable food and I really, really appreciate that Aramark is making more of an effort to make these kinds of foods available on campus. I know that a large majority of Brandeis students are also interested in organic and sustainable foods and really appreciate these changes as well! You definitely have my full support in continuing the transition towards a greener and healthier dining hall!

Thank you so much for making commencement weekend so much easier for me! It is always one of the most hectic weekends on my calendar.
We picked up the food in the afternoon and then had extended family over to the house for dinner. Everything was perfect, especially the chicken, as were the various salads and roasted potatoes.
Thank you for doing such a wonderful job day after day for Brandeis, whether it was commencement dinner or other trustee/donor dinners this past year. The food has been exceptional. Many times, our guests comment on the food, and we tell them it is you and ARAMARK that make it all possible.

I wanted to thank you so much for your hard work and great efforts over the course of the past month! It is been very challenging both getting into the swing of the new school year, shabbatot and being bombarded with all of the Jewish holidays. You and your team have really done a fantastic job taking our feedback, recipes and ideas and implementing them as best as you can. I know we are on a great track for a great year of kosher food at sherman. We know it will continue to only get better and better!
