Sushi
|
Sushi is prepared and sold six days a week in a sushi bar in the Dorrill Dining Hall Lobby.
Longwood Dining Services has contracted with AFC, a California-based company which provides a trained chef who prepares the sushi fresh daily.
Customers may pick up ready-to-go packages or custom order by selecting their favorite ingredients.
Sushi party trays are available for special events and can be ordered through Longwood Dining Services’ catering department (395-2629).
Fresh sushi is also available in Java City located in the library, Lancer Cafe and at Lancer Refuel Zone. |
