Our goal as a partner at Longwood University is to offer the best service and quality in all aspects of our business and services. If there exists an opportunity to improve on our services, we welcome your feedback. Or if you have had a great experience at one of our locations and would like to tell us about it, or thank a Food Services employee, we would love to hear from you.

Our goal is to respond to all inquires within 24 hours. We encourage students to provide feedback in person, by phone, or email so we may resolve issues immediately.  Customer comment cards posted in the Dining Hall are answered at least twice a week.  Please contact us if you have concerns or suggestions.
